Wash poha for removing any impurities
Leave 2 tablespoons of water and let them absorb moisture.
Heat groundnut oil in a large wok. Add mustard seeds
Add chopped chillies, curry leaves
Add onions and fry till brown
Add salt, sugar, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well
Now add in the poha and mix
Garnish with sprinkles of chopped onions, coconut shaves, sev and coriander leaves
